Happy Mother’s Day.

Today is one of the hardest day for me out of the year because it’s Mother’s Day. It’s been 6 years since my mom has passed away from cancer. Every year I buy red roses and take it to the temple but for the last 2 years I haven’t been doing that because I live to far. I have asked my two younger brothers who still live back at home to take flowers for her. I miss my mom dearly and if only things were different.

I’m planning on moving back home in January of 2009 so I’ll be able to visit her and tum boun for her from now on. I miss going to the temple to visit her. Missing being able to talk to her when I had tough times in life. I never realize how much my mother meant to me until she was no longer with me. I know she’s in a better place now but I’m human and can’t help but sometimes blame her for leaving me so soon. I pray and all the boun (merits) that I have done, we would be mom and daughter again in the next life.

So to the ones out there who’s mom is still with them, please don’t take her for granted. Love and care for her like she’s the world to you. Tell her you love her and hug her everyday. Because I would do anything to have that chance again.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mother’s out there especially to my mom. I love you mom!!

I don’t understand why the government of Myanmar is choosing who to receieve aid from. Why don’t the junta put their political issues aside and think about their people. The people that make up your country. How can the junta sit back and refuse aids from the U.S. who wants to help. There are countries out there who wants to help not for political reason but because there’s people out there who wants to help. The world is coming together to help a country in crisis but Myanmar junta are being picky about who can help. People are dying from starvation and diseases will break out. The country is poor already but junta are just bring the country down more but most importantly the people are the ones who suffer the most. What a shame.

That’s right, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. I’ve been reading about it for about a week now but you know rumors will be rumors. But then I turned on the tele and was watching Oprah talking about it on her show. They have pictures and you know pictures don’t lie. haha. I always liked Nick Cannon, he’s just so funny especially with his show on MTV called “Wild N Out”. He’s always handsome and love that personality of his. Nick his 11 years younger then MC but who cares about age. They make such a cute couple. Good luck to them.

I will be flying back home on May 31st. It’s about a 5 hr flight out from Grand Rapids. I’m not excited about the plane ride (I get really bad motion sickness) but I am excited to finally go back home. It’s been over a little year that I haven’t been back home. I miss all my family & friends. I will be there for one whole month. There’s so much that I want to do in that month. I just found out recently that I’ll be there in time for the Boun Bung Fai (Fireworks) which lands on June 10th. I plan on doing a Taoun(Money Tree) for my Mom and Great-Grandma. I haven’t been to the temple in so long, I miss it. I still remember when I lived in Fresno, I would try to attend all the ceremonies. If I couldn’t attend it was due to work. Being the oldest grand-daughter in the family, I would try to get my younger cousin to go with me every Sundays to Tak-Baht. I guess one of my cousin doesn’t like to attend because she doesn’t enjoy waking up early, wearing a Shin, and we show how end up washing dishes for the temple. I don’t mind at all, but apparently she does. In all I just miss doing good deeds because I always pray that all the boun goes to my mother.

I just found out recently about the Asian Excellence Awards. It’s to give honors to those to who in the entertainment, art, or has made an impact to the community. I think this is a great idea, finally an award show that is target specially towards Asians. It airs on E!, May 1st 2008 at 6pm eastern time. The two dance crew from MTV’s Best Dance Crew will be performing (which is one of the main reason I’ll be tuning in), JabbaWockeez and Kaba Modern.  Tune into to see who wins in which category.

Rerai Look Saw Pa was on the talkshow Wan Young Wan You. Darly has been posting up each episode on her page. Cee Siwat is a total hottie and a goof ball. Alexandra is such a sweetie. It’s funny when she got asked if she has someone special yet and Cee was making fun of her. Here are the behind the scene clips to watch, mainly for Darly. =)

This movie will be release in August. This movie is actually a remake. Starring Nicholas Cage. Not a fan of him. I’m just going to go see it because Chakrit Yamnam is in it. One of Thailand’s hottest actors. Just love him!

Doing the right thing.

This story is amazing! There are some good people in this world. If you found a great sum of money…will you keep it or return it? For me personally, I would return it. I always never was the type of person to keep things that weren’t mine to begin with. You do the right thing, you’ll received good deeds in return. Karma, I’ve always try to live by it.

Starts at 3 Minutes.

My heart goes out to all the family out there that lost their love ones in the shooting and may their souls rest in peace. What is this world coming to? All these shooting happening at school. Taking innocent lives that you have no right to take. I know this may sound harsh, but really, if you want to die then take your life, not others that have nothing to do with your problems. Read more at Yahoo.
It’s a shame that people want to make a statement before they take their own life. This is one of 4 shooting at school within a week.
